This cute little Lehmann windup toy is called “Autin” and was designated as EPL 684. They were made between 1914 and 1935 and depict an American boy in period attire of that country pedaling this cart.  He moves forward with realistic motion upon a winding. These are similar to the “Bibi” carts that had no driver or mechanism and may have been used to fill with candy, etc. This one is near mint.
