This Lehmann toy was made in Germany from 1924-38 and shows a Chinese man with pigtail pulling a tea chest. These were known as EPL 733. It is a windup toys with automatic arrest (stops when you lift it off the table). Shown with its original box in good shape with all staples and flaps intact.
