Lehmann “Shenandoah” zeppelin

This was developed and sold by Lehmann in 1923 exclusively for the U.S. market.  It was patterned after EPL 1.  It depicts a zeppelin that was used commercially in  the U.S. until it crashed in 1925.  Designated EPL 766, very few were made.

It is shown here with its original box and original Lehmann metal loop to hold or hang the toy up high while operating.
