MIB Rare 1935/36 Nazi Lehmann “Friction Gyroscope”

This unmarked toy appears to have been made by Lehmann in Germany during Nazi occupation of the factory around 1935-36. The box as translated on the one side says “Friction Gyroscope” Tin Toy Factory, E.P. Lehmann, Brandenburg/Havel. On the other side is “Winter Relief Organization of the German People” according to internet translation. Several Lehmann toys used gyroscopes, most notably the Vineta and the Halloh, but this toy lacks the detail and quality of other Lehmann toys, possibly because it was produced in the Lehmann factory subject to government mandates and not by experienced toy makers. One more of these curious toys has surfaced in box in recent years.
