This diminutive boy on pedal car is roughly 10 cm by 9.5 cm and depicts a boy in period attire in a pedal cart. It is called “American Boy” and is designated EPL 685. It was produced from 1914-35 presumably for the US market. It bears patent markings from 1903 and the winder is stamped “Lehmann”. The crisp original box is very hard to find.
